About the position

The Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Aveanna involves providing in-home therapy services to pediatric patients. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care to medically fragile children, ensuring they receive personalized treatment based on their specific needs. Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice.
• Meets the qualifications established by ASHA or other professional organization.
• Valid, unexpired Driver's License.
• Completion of Level 2 Pediatric Fieldwork preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
