About the position

The Bilingual Staffing Care Coordinator at Cambrian Homecare is responsible for ensuring quality care by effectively matching caregivers with clients' needs. This full-time position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage scheduling and provide leadership in daily operations, particularly for clients in the geriatric division and those with special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify needs of clients and manage all scheduling of appropriate home care aides based on skill set and availability.
  • Schedule care for clients in the geriatric division and children/adult with special needs division.
  • Provide supportive leadership to staff for daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with employees for scheduling needs and client preferences/needs.
  • Provide customer service and directly resolve any issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.
  • 3+ years' customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

  • Experience with children/adult with special needs.
  • Staffing experience is a plus!
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
