The Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish) position at The Sherwin-Williams Company is crucial for the success of our retail stores. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. Your role will involve promptly resolving any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for staying updated on product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals is a key expectation of this position. In this role, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. You will assist customers both in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers is essential. You will process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures, and you will follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Additionally, you will maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tint and mix products as needed to meet customer specifications. Your responsibilities will also include stocking shelves, setting up displays, cleaning store equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting in making deliveries as needed. You will maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition, remain knowledgeable about the products offered, and discuss available options with customers. Compliance with inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales will also be part of your duties.
