The Bilingual Store Associate position at Sherwin-Williams is crucial for the success of our retail operations. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend suitable solutions. Your role will involve promptly addressing customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining a high standard of service. You will also be responsible for staying informed about product features and ensuring that the store meets high-quality visual standards. Achieving excellent customer service is paramount, and you will be expected to consistently meet the store's sales goals. In this role, you will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. You will assist customers both in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Building productive trust relationships with customers is essential, as is processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies. You will follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, maintain precise work order files, and pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse. Additionally, you will be responsible for tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, stocking shelves, setting up displays, cleaning store equipment, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Maintaining an in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas and complying with inventory control procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be encouraged to suggest ways to improve sales and remain knowledgeable about the products offered.
