As a Bilingual Store Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail customers. You will be expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum client satisfaction. Achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals is essential in this role. Your job will involve direct contact with customers, including minors, and you will have access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of this position, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of customers and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, assisting customers both in person and over the phone, and building productive trust relationships with customers. In addition to customer interaction, you will process sales transactions accurately, follow and achieve sales goals, maintain precise work order files, and pull products from the sales floor or warehouse. You will also be involved in tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications, stocking shelves, setting up displays, cleaning store equipment, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Maintaining an in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas and complying with inventory control procedures will be part of your daily responsibilities.
