About the position

As a Bilingual Store Manager at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail store operations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $150,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $4,000. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, ensuring that they meet daily performance targets while also expanding our customer base through proactive relationship building. Your leadership will be crucial in coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee the sales team's performance, assist with escalated customer service issues, and execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE). You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
  • Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
  • Coach members of the sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
  • Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
  • Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
  • Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
  • 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience/education.
  • Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
  • Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
