About the position

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent for various positions within Epic Personnel Partners. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish and involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage candidate relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in Staffing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
