About the position

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist at TimeDoc Health plays a crucial role in the growth of the company by facilitating the recruitment process for the clinical care team. This position involves managing the entire candidate pipeline, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies. The specialist will also be responsible for assessing bilingual candidates' proficiency and adapting recruitment processes to meet the company's evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Assessing bilingual candidates' proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborating with the TA team to build a recruiting marketing plan.
  • Conducting A/B testing on job postings to optimize candidate attraction.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to refine screening questions and interview techniques.
  • Adapting recruitment processes to accommodate growth in class sizes.
  • Partnering with external recruiters to supplement candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborating with the Training Team for smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Gathering salary benchmarking data and advising on compensation levels.
  • Defining and reporting on meaningful recruiting KPIs.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ years of recruiting experience in the healthcare space.
  • Clinical background (CNA, MA, LPN, or similar) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-volume roles.
  • Proficiency with job posting and sourcing resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong tech skills to work with ATS and Google Suite.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Process-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with virtual meeting and interviewing tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare recruitment strategies.
