About the position

The Bilingual Team Lead position at ManpowerGroup is a critical role within the Distribution Department, particularly during the Holiday Season. This position involves supporting and training bilingual Material Handlers, ensuring effective communication between Spanish-speaking team members and management, and maintaining productivity standards in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a translator and point of communication for Spanish-speaking Material Handlers.
• Training bilingual Material Handlers on warehouse processes and safety protocols.
• Staging products within the warehouse.
• Picking and packing orders accurately using established practices.
• Utilizing headsets, RF scanners, or other tools as required by the client.
• Safely moving products to and from pallet racks using powered material handling equipment.
• Organizing warehouse storage space efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is required.
• 6 months of previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and train a team.
• Background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Standing throughout your work shift.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak season.
• RF Scanner and Pallet Jack experience.
