About the position

The Bilingual Team Mortgage Loan Originator at Trailblazer Mortgage is responsible for supporting sales and operations throughout the loan process. This role involves collaboration with builders, referral sources, borrowers, and internal staff to ensure a seamless loan experience while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to self-refer loans to the team.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage application and documents
• Order supporting documentation and follow up on items
• Ensure Appraisal and Final Inspection are ordered and reviewed
• Assist with distribution and follow up of closing documents
• Assistance with Broker loans
• Participate in marketing efforts as needed

Requirements

• Must be bilingual
• Minimum of 2-4 years mortgage origination/support experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Mortgage Loan Originator license preferred
• Builder experience preferred
• If not currently licensed, ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Encompass experience preferred
• Technology savvy
