About the position

We are seeking a Freelance Bilingual (Spanish/English) Video Editor to join our client's creative team. The role involves executing video editing projects efficiently while adhering to specific scripts and contemporary production standards. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential as the video content targets diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the tone, style, and branding of the respective clients
• Use innovative thinking to create and suggest original ideas for improvements and enhancements
• Collaborate with the creative team in pre-production planning and post-production reviews
• Ensure content is edited, organized, and rendered for optimal playback quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong proficiency and fluency in English and Spanish
• At least 2-3 years of experience in professional video editing
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with motion graphics and special effects is a plus
