Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members via virtual teller/video chat.
• Perform a variety of member services including checking account balances and transferring funds.
• Calculate interest and assist members with bookkeeping and checking account issues.
• Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services.
• Perform account maintenance and cross-sell credit union services.
• Assist or refer members to appropriate employees or departments for further assistance.
• Support member video teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication, grammar, and mathematics skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Outgoing and welcoming personality.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
