Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for members via Virtual Teller/Video Chat environment.
- Greet members with a positive attitude.
- Perform a broad variety of member services such as checking account balances and transferring funds.
- Calculate interest and assist members with bookkeeping and checking account issues.
- Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services provided.
- Perform a variety of account maintenance tasks.
- Cross-sell credit union services.
- Assist or refer members to appropriate employees or departments for questions or problems.
- Support member video teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to established teller procedures.
Requirements
