About the position

The Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor at Trina Solar US Manufacturing Module 1 LLC is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient product delivery, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires proficiency in Mandarin and involves managing logistics, supervising staff, and implementing effective warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrange product delivery according to sales orders and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Monitor central warehouse documents approval and manage warehouse fire safety.
• Ensure the storage environment of material and product warehouses to prevent damage to inventory.
• Oversee the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials and products in the external warehouse and manage logistics operations.
• Develop work plans and lead employees to complete target tasks.
• Organize warehouse inventory work and ensure consistency between cards, accounts, and physical items.
• Supervise the timely handling of obsolete and defective products.
• Develop and implement management systems and methods for material and product warehouses.
• Conduct warehouse cost control analysis, budgeting, and overall personnel arrangement and performance evaluation.
• Participate in a mandatory training program in Southeast Asia and China.

Requirements

• Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin is required.
• 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or related experience.
• Proficient in all Warehouse Technician skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory control systems and purchase orders.
• Ability to problem solve and perform reconciliations and root cause analysis.
• Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
