About the position
The Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Manager at Alliance Mobile is responsible for leading a team of sales associates in a dynamic retail environment. This role focuses on maximizing store profitability, enhancing customer experience, and coaching employees to achieve sales targets. The manager will also engage with the community and adapt to the fast-paced wireless industry, ensuring that the store meets corporate standards and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maximize profits in all aspects of the business
- Coach and develop employees to ensure efficiency and performance in the location
- Interview, hire, and make necessary discipline decisions, including terminations, for store personnel
- Complete training requirements with each staff member on a weekly basis
- Create and maintain store scheduling
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and coaching skills
- Support team and assist with customer transactions
- Perform role plays with personnel on a regular basis to demonstrate 'what right looks like'
- Partner with trainers to complete new hire training/on-boarding
- Comply with corporate policies for deposits, mail, communication, etc.
- Maintain the integrity of the company and demand the same from each staff member
- Communicate with the corporate office team
- Lift upwards of 25 pounds when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Sales Management Experience
- Experience in coaching and developing employees
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax
