About the position

The Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative at Blue Link Wireless is responsible for guiding and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing AT&T products and services. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Possessing a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attaining monthly goals and objectives.
• Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
• Submitting all transaction journals daily.
• Assisting with inventory maintenance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.
