About the position

The Bilingual Wireless Retail Store Manager at NW Cellular, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, is responsible for overseeing the operations of a retail store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves training staff, meeting sales targets, and maintaining operational standards while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, particularly in the wireless industry, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Building a positive, customer and goal-oriented environment.
• Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meeting or exceeding both personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coaching/mentoring the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensuring the location operates under the guidelines of Metro by T-Mobile and NW Cellular.
• Executing promotional roll-outs, inventory procedures, and other tasks assigned by leadership in a timely manner.
• Setting an example of personal and professional conduct for employees.
• Traveling to other stores in the district as needed.
• Transferring and balancing inventory with nearby locations.
• Handling nightly bank deposits and audits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Metro by T-Mobile or other Wireless business.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain it while employed.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
