About the position

The Bilingual Wireless Sales Manager at Spiked Wireless, an authorized dealer for Metro by T-Mobile, is responsible for leading and managing a retail store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. The role requires effective communication, team development, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of a Metro by T-Mobile retail location
  • Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements
  • Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory shrink
  • Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, and prices and conducts physical inventories
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Advocates
  • Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
  • Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with your team members
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Ensure an extraordinary customer experience
  • Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis
  • Work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales management experience (preferably in wireless retail)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to submit a background check
  • Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident, and have a winning attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and work with other teammates
  • Good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
