In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with clients, which includes updating them on their case status and scheduling necessary medical appointments. You will also be tasked with drafting and proofreading general correspondence and court documents, requiring a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with limited supervision, while also being friendly and professional in all interactions. This position requires a strong understanding of workers' compensation law and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Manage workers' compensation files from inception through settlement under the supervision of an attorney.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email regarding their case status.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working specifically with Workers' Compensation files.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, write, and speak) is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Friendly, professional, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
