Responsibilities
- Run bi-weekly Excel reports and verify the data
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices electronically using our document imaging software
- Enter vendor invoices into our accounting software
- Perform various bank duties
- Verify banking info with vendors
- Complete vendor credit applications
Requirements
- 1+ years of accounts payable experience
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Speed and accuracy for data entry
- Excellent 10-key skills
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
