About the position

The Billing Analyst is responsible for managing and organizing delivery tickets and sales orders, ensuring accurate billing for customer accounts, and assisting in the implementation of new processes within the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize delivery tickets and sales orders.
• Bill sales orders for customer accounts.
• Assist the Controller in the implementation of new processes.
• Receive and bill invoices, submitting AR copies of invoices to customers.
• Post AP copies of invoices into the internal system on a Weekly, Semi-Monthly, and Monthly basis.
• Input credit memos and rebill invoices when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in billing and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with financial software and internal systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives.

Benefits
