Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to ensure all billing information is complete and accurate.

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete training to become signed off on data entry requirements.
  • Learn the billing front end system and related processes.
  • Assist with 135 follow up tasks as needed.
  • Perform accurate data entry at a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
