Our Practice Management Suite aims to empower our clients to achieve the firm they have always envisioned. At Canopy, we prioritize customer satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving issues while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis through mid-May 2025. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a background in billing or customer service. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing client licenses and subscriptions, maintaining accurate data in Zuora, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This hybrid position requires in-office work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with a commitment of 20-29 hours per week, primarily in the morning between 8 AM and 2 PM, depending on business needs. The Billing Coordinator will play a crucial role in account management, data entry, customer support, and interdepartmental communication. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable experience in the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer accounts and billing information.
  • Follow up on past-due accounts.
  • Update billing information, licenses, and subscriptions in Zuora.
  • Generate and analyze billing reports as needed.
  • Respond to billing, licensing, and subscription inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide assistance and support to customers regarding billing issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
  • Communicate with customers to clarify billing details as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in billing or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Availability to work 20-29 hours per week through May 2025.
