About the position

The Billing Coordinator for Strategic Partner Accounts is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing of customers after receiving all necessary documentation. This role involves collaboration with the Technical Customer Advisor to confirm job completion and resolve any billing issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the Technical Customer Advisor to understand when a job has been carried out.
  • Match manifest with original job request in RPM.
  • Confirm job completion with the Technical Customer Advisor.
  • Escalate issues to the Technical Customer Advisor for speedy resolution.
  • Create and issue invoices.
  • Respond to any billing queries that come through the Customer Technical Advisor.

Requirements

  • Invoicing and/or other financial experience.
  • Experience using computer invoicing systems or similar.
  • Sufficient understanding of waste streams, transportation, and disposal or the ability to build this understanding.
  • High School Diploma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Very numerate.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Very organized and efficient.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to build knowledge of, the hazardous waste business.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions.
