About The Position
Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. As a Billings and Collections Specialist, you will provide key technical expertise around Billing and Collection and develop, monitor and identify improvements on system and processes for Billing and Collection to ensure timely payments, review of accounts, credit risk, collection of overdue payments and resolution.
