About the position

The Billing Manager at Parkhouse Tire is responsible for overseeing billing operations and ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including sales, purchasing, and delivery, to enhance operational efficiency and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and inventory management, with a focus on detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing operations and administrative duties related to billing processes.
• Manage the billing process for truck tires across local and national accounts.
• Handle billing for disposals and process tire orders.
• Manage customer purchase orders and ensure accuracy in customer records.
• Generate and verify customer invoices to minimize errors.
• Prepare customer statements and process payments, reconciling accounts as necessary.
• Resolve billing disputes and manage customer complaints effectively.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain a log of resolutions.
• Produce client reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with accounting tasks, such as uploading customer rates into the accounting system.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address billing issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in billing and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong aptitude for working with inventory software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with various departments and customers.
