About the position
As a Billing Specialist at CableCom, you will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate data entry. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the billing department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare billing.
- Input data into systems.
- Put together billing documents.
- Speak with customers to discuss billing matters.
- Prepare and submit reports as directed by Supervisor(s).
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office experience, including Office Suite.
- Ability to use multiple software products.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
- Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
Nice-to-haves
