About the position

Responsibilities
- Manage the AR mailbox and allocate cash receipts.
- Balance customer accounts and work directly with clients.
- Validate sales and operations contract data and enter it into NetSuite.
- Utilize multiple systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with billing in the Ariba customer portal.
- Perform contract data entry and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Less than high school education required.
- Experience in accounting or finance preferred, particularly in the SAAS industry.
- Proficiency in NetSuite and Ariba software.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Experience working as an Accounting Associate.
