Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD to meet production needs.
• Set up and manage project workflows on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for streamlined coordination.
• Expand project development to include 3D Revit modeling, including initial setup and documentation.
• Create, manage, and organize custom Revit family libraries tailored to project requirements.
• Standardize BIM processes across projects to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Revit, ACC, and BIM best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years in drafting (AutoCAD) and BIM (Revit) with a proven track record of high-quality deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, especially in creating projects from scratch and developing custom family libraries.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing project workflows on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
