About the position

The BIM Coordinator will support the engineering team by setting up BIM drawings for a variety of projects, including laboratories, clean rooms, hotels, and healthcare facilities. This role requires collaboration with engineers to ensure accurate project designs and offers flexible working arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options after an initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Set up BIM drawings for various projects including laboratories, clean rooms, animal labs, hotels, healthcare facilities, offices, schools, restaurants, multi-family, and government secure facilities.
• Support the engineering team in designing projects ranging from government institutions to hospitality and multi-family.
• Utilize Revit for BIM modeling and design.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project designs.
• Potentially use AutoCAD as a supplementary tool.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Revit/BIM.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks clash detection.
• Experience in MEP, Mechanical Contractor, or Electrical Contractor roles.
• Proficiency in mechanical design, electrical design, CAD, and 3D modeling.

Nice-to-haves

• No degree required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
