About the position

The BioMedical Technician position at IQVIA involves troubleshooting, repairing, and updating medical devices. Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, repairing and updating medical devices.
• Installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Conducting routine checks and recording data from product tests after installation, repair, calibration, or configuration.
• Managing project timelines and customer needs.

Requirements

• Biomedical technician degree or CBET certification preferred.
• Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent experience in electromechanical/electronic technology repair.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and updating electronic or electromechanical hardware.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and company software programs.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs routinely and occasionally up to 41lbs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in reverse engineering is highly preferred.
