About the position

The Biochemistry Scientist position at Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions involves supporting analytical testing activities for monoclonal antibody (mAb) projects. The role is designed for candidates with varying levels of experience, particularly those with a background in large molecule analysis. Training will be provided, making it suitable for recent graduates or those with limited laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the testing across various analytical techniques including Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR).
• Perform data entry and first-level data review.
• Initiate and close Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) records when necessary and appropriate.
• Maintain laboratory and equipment.
• Prepare reagents.
• Support other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of laboratory experience.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
