About the position

The position involves conducting complex research and experimentation at the NF center, contributing to scientific analysis and discovery. The role requires serving as a subject matter expert, providing support, training, and guidance in the relevant discipline. The individual may also participate in presenting research findings and collaborating with other investigators and institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement algorithms and computer software for analyzing omics-based data sets.
  • Develop data management and analysis solutions for large data sets.
  • Coordinate research projects with other investigators and institutions.
  • Participate in developing hypotheses and experimental designs.
  • Assist with reporting methods, data, and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to reason and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with bioinformatics tools and complex data analysis.
  • Knowledge of computational biology and gene expression microarray.
