Provide direct technical contribution and support towards the development and validation of new Cardiac Assist products and concepts as they relate to the discipline of Bio-medical Engineering.
Responsibilities
Data collection, presentation and evaluation of Intra-Aortic Balloon algorithms (40%)
Interpretation of System Requirements and Executing System Test plans (40%)
Assist in providing data to support claim of Substantial Equivalence to predicate devices (10%)
Update and provide status on Agile Jira pulse board, participate in team meetings (10%)
Requirements
Currently a junior or senior student attending a 4-year undergraduate program, or working towards a Master's degree in a related life science field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience in Engineering lab environment, and lab report writing.
Excellent written, communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to details.
Strong interpersonal and team skills.
Advanced proficiency: MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
