Responsibilities

  • Support defense analytical requirements with scientific and bio-engineering research.
  • Conduct reverse bio-engineering analysis and characterizations.
  • Perform facility and vulnerability assessments related to biomedical capabilities.
  • Examine medical devices, equipment, and systems to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and researchers to address challenges in biomedical engineering.
  • Assist in the production of analytic reports on foreign biomedical capabilities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with biological threats analysis and vulnerabilities.
  • Experience reviewing analytical products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.
  • In-depth analysis experience across organizational and IC boundaries.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of biology, medicine, and engineering as it relates to medical devices and systems.
  • Ability to define comprehensive research approaches for rigorous assessments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field.
