About The Position

Requirements

• High School diploma required plus 2 years of work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of operational equipment and ability to follow SOPs and MBRs.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP and Delta-V.

• Associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment in compliance with cGMP and safety regulations.
• Complete documentation such as training records, batch records, and logs.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform complex setups/repairs as needed.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize workflow and assist less-experienced colleagues in their tasks.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and quality.
