About the position

The Biosimilar Regional Account Manager (BRAM) will manage targeted customer accounts in various sectors including institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access for Teva's product portfolio, focusing on biosimilars. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, implementing product access strategies, and ensuring contract compliance to meet sales goals. The BRAM will collaborate with internal teams and utilize data analysis to identify opportunities and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage targeted customer accounts in institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access sectors.
  • Implement product access strategies in collaboration with Marketing and other internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop opportunities with customer targets through data analysis and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure contract compliance to increase pull-through sales and report market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal strategic partners such as Market Access, Trade, Marketing, Medical, Brand Team, Finance, National Accounts, and Pricing/Contract teams.
  • Execute strategies to attain national and individual goals and quotas within assigned regions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the biosimilar, specialty, and generic pharmaceutical industry, including contracting and distribution channels.
  • Understand formulary and P&T processes for assigned customers to assist in gaining formulary access for targeted products.
  • Record all account/customer activity in Teva CRM system (Veeva) daily.
  • Build and present quarterly business reviews using Teva provided resources.
  • Represent and promote Teva's products professionally while adhering to compliance policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing, or 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in the buy & bill market, preferably in the biosimilar market.
  • Experience working in a hospital or IDN market preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand strategy and strategic thinking.
  • History of superior sales results and strong business acumen.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical reimbursement and 340B systems.
