About the position

Responsibilities
- Carries out data management activities or provides direction to programmers for data management.
- Develops new expertise with statistical methods or software through self-study and training.
- Prepares written summaries of statistical analysis results for study meetings and publications.
- Presents statistical analyses and methods at various meetings and seminars.
- Mentors other biostatisticians, staff, or students and provides seminars on statistical methods.
- Coordinates data analysis activities, including writing analysis plans and statistical programs.
- Summarizes and interprets results of statistical analysis for investigators and project teams.
- Provides consultation regarding statistical methods and analysis programs.
- Assists in study design and planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in biostatistics or related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in SAS and R for statistical analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with Stata.
