Responsibilities

• Guide and influence technical project direction in life sciences and data science innovation.
• Analyze large and complex datasets and help visualize results.
• Craft studies in collaboration with project teams using data and digital approaches.
• Demonstrate strong foundational R&D understanding through statistical modeling and informatics analysis.
• Recognize opportunities for capabilities or technologies that can be reapplied across programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Life Science, or Data/Modeling Science.
• Strong domain knowledge in Biology with proven experience in applying data and modeling science in biology.
• Proven experience in applying innovative data and modeling tools to clean data and analyze sophisticated large datasets.
• Strong background in coding (preferably Python or R), mathematics/statistics, and modeling.
• Experience with machine learning is helpful.
• Ability to independently manage project priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership and self-leadership skills to translate business challenges into technical problems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in bold/startup environments or industrial experience.
