About the position

The Biotechnology Operations and Client Service Associate role is designed for individuals who are passionate about promoting health and wellness through biomedical technologies. This position involves building relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, representing the company at events, and managing client inquiries to facilitate sales conversions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of the healthcare industry by leveraging their expertise in biotechnology, business, or digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders primarily in Washington State.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and community initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships and growth within the biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
  • Act as a company ambassador, delivering presentations and effectively influencing diverse audiences.
  • Negotiate agreements and foster collaborations to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Directly deal with inbound potential client inquiries, answering questions and removing roadblocks to sales conversion; proactively follow up and deliver outbound messages to facilitate conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts, create compelling content, and monitor campaign success.
  • Assist existing customers to ensure their questions about our services are answered.
  • Assist in operational and administrative responsibilities, including taking, processing, and preparing/shipping new orders, coordinating client specimen return shipments, client billing and renewal, and following up with delinquent accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences/Biotechnology, Business/Marketing, or Social Media/Digital Marketing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in interacting with others, guiding conversations, and influencing discussions.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in business development, marketing, or sales with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
  • Proven skills in social media management and digital marketing strategy.
