About the position
The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as instructors and program leaders. This role involves working with children aged 4 months to 12 years, utilizing movement-based learning and imaginative play to foster their physical development and confidence. As part of a fun and dynamic environment, instructors will engage with children and their families, making a positive impact in the community while enjoying a rewarding career.
Responsibilities
- Teach gymnastics and physical development classes to children of various ages.
- Engage children in movement-based learning and imaginative play.
- Assist in organizing and leading birthday parties and special events.
- Provide a safe and fun environment for children to learn and grow.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Basic knowledge of gymnastics and physical education.
Nice-to-haves
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Experience in early childhood education or child development.
- Background in gymnastics, dance, or sports coaching.
