About the position
Bitol, an upscale/casual Mexican Handcrafted Cantina in New Jersey, is looking for a Dishwasher to join their team. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and supporting the culinary staff by ensuring that all dishes and kitchenware are properly cleaned and organized.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as instructed.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is required.
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean work area.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
