About the position

Alachisoft is seeking a Senior Biz Dev & Account Management Executive for the US/Euro markets to join our dynamic sales team. This is an onsite position that requires a self-motivated and passionate individual who is execution-oriented. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales pipeline revenue from existing customers while also identifying new avenues for business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to meet quarterly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while building and maintaining professional relationships with internal team members. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of clients through renewals and additional business opportunities. You will also be tasked with finding new avenues for business growth through partnerships or new market segments. Collaboration with the Client Services team is essential, as you will work together to cultivate relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and technical staff from C-level down. Additionally, you will deliver scheduled business reviews to key business contacts to increase awareness and growth around the full suite of Alachisoft products. A strategic and targeted approach is necessary to attain and exceed annual sales quotas and net retention targets. You will need to follow up on opportunities until they convert into deals, prepare targeted emails and promotional materials for prospects, and articulate the company’s value proposition to customers. Utilizing the company’s sales methodology, you will recommend improvements to processes and achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs. This position requires you to work as a self-directed team member, demonstrating creativity, detail orientation, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute using company sales methodology, recommend improvements to processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall B2B sales & account management experience.
  • BA/BS degree in Technology, Business or equivalent.
  • Proven track record with impressive sales numbers.
  • Excellent telephone sales skills.
  • Proficient with speaking to software DEV & IT engineers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking, detail-oriented, & excellent time management.
  • Overwhelming desire to WIN.
