About the position

The position is focused on expanding the BizOps team at Speak, a company dedicated to revolutionizing language learning through AI-powered conversational experiences. The role involves leading strategic projects across various functions, improving operational processes, and collaborating closely with the leadership team to drive the company's growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for Speak across new initiatives, finance, marketing, content, and other functions.
• Drive key pillars of our operational cadence like goal-setting, metrics setting and reviews, board meeting preparation, and investor updates.
• Act as a thought partner to the leadership team on organizational priorities and processes, contributing rigor to decisions around resource investment and marketing spend.
• Create scalable plans that integrate a comprehensive vision with an understanding of real-world constraints.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or similar BizOps roles.
• Ability to tackle problems directly with a scrappy and ambitious mindset.
• Comfortable operating autonomously and analytically solving unstructured problems.
• Familiarity with modeling business problems and forecasting, proficient in analytics tools.
