About the position
The Black Friday Weekend Associate at Pacsun is responsible for driving sales by showcasing a passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. This role involves executing tasks assigned by the leadership team and contributing positively to the store environment while ensuring exceptional customer experiences during the busy Black Friday weekend.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.

- Maintain the company's fashion image by adhering to Employee Appearance Guidelines.
- Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends to improve individual performance.
- Deliver an engaging and authentic customer experience with all customers.
- Focus on selling while being aware of product value and promotions.
- Handle customer situations in compliance with policies and procedures, aiming to 'solve for yes'.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
- Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
- Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
- Share customer feedback with the leadership team to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in all company and store contests and events.
- Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
- Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Execute all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
