The Black Friday Weekend Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by showcasing a passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate is expected to contribute positively to the store environment and uphold the company's fashion image while adhering to policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
- Exhibit core value behaviors to contribute to a positive working environment.
- Maintain the company's fashion image by adhering to Employee Appearance Guidelines.
- Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends to improve individual performance.
- Deliver an engaging and authentic customer experience with all customers.
- Focus on selling while being aware of product value and promotions.
- Handle customer situations in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
- Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
- Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
- Participate in all company and store contests and events.
- Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
- Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Execute digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
