About the position
The Contingent Stylist at Kate Spade New York is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving individual sales goals while embodying the brand's aesthetic and philosophy. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, acting as a brand ambassador. The Stylist will also provide feedback to management to enhance client service and sales, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieves individual sales goals.
- Develops strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Develops personal connections with guests through effective selling skills.
- Communicates the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Builds strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Communicates client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
- Elevated sense of personal style.
