About the position

The Black Friday Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by providing an engaging and positive customer experience. This part-time role involves executing assigned tasks, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals. The associate is expected to reflect the Pacsun brand through a passion for fashion and trends while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focus on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempting to 'solve for yes'.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute all visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
• Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
• Uphold and comply with all company policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Comply with all Loss Prevention policies and communicate violations to the leadership team.
• Share feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Actively participate in all company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on all financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving all sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute all digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.

Requirements

• Passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
