About the position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by showcasing a passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. This role involves executing tasks assigned by the leadership team and contributing to a positive store environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences during the busy Black Friday weekend.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.

• Maintain the company's fashion image by adhering to Employee Appearance Guidelines.
• Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends to improve individual performance.
• Deliver an engaging and authentic customer experience with all customers.
• Focus on selling while being aware of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
• Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
• Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Execute digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
