The Black Friday Weekend Associate at Pacsun is responsible for generating sales by showcasing a passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate is expected to contribute positively to the team environment and uphold company policies.

• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, aiming to 'solve for yes'.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain visual standards set by the company.
• Support high standards of organization and cleanliness in the store.
• Uphold and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate any loss prevention violations to the leadership team.
• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in all company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Execute digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS.
